All our approved installers have access to any VEKA product and are supported by the Network VEKA fabricators. We will give you enchanced manufacturer and insurance backed guarantees and you will have a deposit and stage payment indemnity. 

You will have a consumer maintenance booklet, access to customer satisfaction questionnaires and results and we will support complaints handling and arbitration

Business consultancy, account management support and head office admin support will all be available to you also with affiliate trade support and discounts.

We also have a consumer finance scheme and company insurance to set your mind at rest. 

Installation Support

All our approved installers get technical bulletins to keep them up-to-date with legal changes and we also have a technical helpline so any issues that may arise. There are Installation audits, installation and surveying workshops with a consumer technical arbitration service, all of which you can take advantage of. 

Comprehensive surveyors, installation manuals, CE Marking advice, Chartered Surveyor support and having access to our Government-authorised CompetentPersons Scheme: Assure are just some of the reasons to join our network.
